After graduating UT Austin with a BBA in Marketing, Tami began her career in sales at Xerox Corp and Gartner Group where she was consistently recognized for her excellence in customer satisfaction. As a soon-to-be-stay-at-home mom in 1997, Tami started OnePromo as a home-based business. She later worked her way into marquis clients such as Destiny's Child and AIM Mutual Funds and eventually Showtime Movie Networks, Dell, FritoLay, Nokia and others. Tami continues to build Onepromo into a premier promotions agency. Tami lives in Austin with with her husband and three kids.

Scott received degrees in BBA & MS Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. His early career was in Management Consulting and Technology Marketing. Scott co-founded Onepromo in 1997 and took it national in 2001 by catering to a wider range of consumer products companies and ad agencies. Scott lives in Austin with his wife and children, and volunteers on the Dell Community Center Financial Board.

Lisa graduated from Washburn University with a degree in Business in 2004. Lisa joined OnePromo in 2005 as Business Manager and head of our Art Department. She envitalizes our company with her energy and creativity. Lisa lives in Austin with her husband, daughters, and two dogs.

Robert studied abroad and spent a year in the Middle East focusing on International Business Ethics. Rob joined OnePromo in 2007 to expand our consumer market, and has become an invaluable part of the OnePromo family. Rob lives in Austin and enjoys biking Austin's scenic greenbelt.
